By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the data practices described herein.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly, such as account details, billing data, uploaded files, support requests, and API interactions. We also automatically collect technical information including device characteristics, IP addresses, access times, browser type, referring/exit pages, and performance metrics to maintain the Services. We may obtain additional data from trusted partners, such as fraud-prevention services or payment processors, to validate transactions or enforce policy.
2. Use of Information
LOCKR uses collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services; process payments; provide customer support; communicate service updates; enforce our Terms of Service; detect, investigate, and prevent security breaches or fraudulent behavior; comply with legal obligations; and protect LOCKR, our customers, and the public.

You may review and update account information through the dashboard. You may opt out of marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails. Certain transactional or service-related communications are required. Deleting your account will remove active access to stored files; residual backups or logs may persist for a limited period as permitted by law.

The Services are not directed to children under eighteen (18) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
